Refund and Returns Policy

At The Charu Creations, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Each accessory is crafted and packed with care β€” but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

We do not provide a pickup service for refund/return/exchange. Customer have to ship the product by themself through any preferred shipping service with the original bill provided of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packed in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Earrings and other intimate jewelry (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Broken after delivered

Return Conditions

Please note that items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or wear and tear are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All return requests should be made directly to our support team within 4 to 7 working days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Items purchased during sales or special offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [support@thecharucreations.com] with your order details and photos of the item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please ship it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your total refund amount.
